A love of health and fitness for many years led to my career change in 2010.
On completion of my training I worked in a health and rehabilitation setting providing exercise programmes to groups and individuals with a range of chronic conditions.
This experience made me realise how valuable exercise is in helping to improve a person’s physical and mental wellbeing whatever stage in life.
My approach to exercise is making it accessible to anyone regardless of ability.
It’s not all about running your next marathon or lifting heavy weights; I know and have witnessed how the smallest changes really can have a huge impact on your overall quality of life.
